The programme, in the 2 years duration, runs 48 units of core courses, 18 units of elective courses in the areas of specialization and 6 units for final year's project.
Students are required to register for a minimum of 18 credit units per semester. The minimum number of credit required to graduate is 72.
The first year (1st and 2nd semesters) is spent on the compulsory core courses, the basic theoretical foundations required for the proper acquisition of the managerial skills to be learnt in the second year (3rd and 4th semesters) when the appropriate special skills to master the compulsory and elective areas of specialization desired by each student will be taught. Each student will also carry out a research relevant to the chosen area of specialization and submit a defended and acceptable Research Project at the end of the second year. Thus, in the first year the courses offered are common to all students irrespective of the desired area of specialization while in the second year, each student concentrates in his or her chosen area of specialization.
The MBA programme coordinator is expected to guide students on the course structure and semester by semester choice and combination of courses including their Research Projects in any particular session.
